If there's one thing we know about here at the Smurfit Nutrition Studio, it's exam season stress. We're always looking for ways to alleviate this stress and one key way is through healthy eating.


It's been proven that certain foods are linked to better brain power including fatty fish, leafy greens and nuts and berries.


So we decided to help you all out and put together an Exam Season Brain-Boosting Meal Plan so you can cut out the meal planning time to save up room for all that extra study!
